10.0Radio City Apartments is my favorite place to stay in NYC. It feels like coming home as opposed to the vibe of a busy city lobby with crowds and noise. The staff and other guests are friendly and courteous. On this particular trip Jamie at the front desk distinguished himself with his outstanding customer service. He knows his job, is excellent at it, takes it to the highest level by truly caring about his customers.
