10.0The entire experience, especially the service from the staff who were some of the most professional, attentive and polite staff we have ever encountered during a stay!
Lovely scenery, well managed wildlife reserve.

− The very small room with a bad matrass and mosquito net that made we struggle to get in and out of the bed
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return given the opportunity.

− The weather was appalling. Perhaps a second heater for the bedroom under such severe conditions? More lighting for the pathway from the main centre to the rooms at night.
Everything was perfect. The snow Saturday morning was a bonus!!!! The staff is top class!!!!

10.0Loved our stay. Staff all friendly and accommodated us with every request. Food was good. Room was spacious and nothing shorted. Location excellent and tours were very good. Will definitely recommend this lodge to all.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
