6.0A little impersonal with limited staff on Reception but when they were on duty they were friendly, helpful and efficient. The online check-in was efficient as was the response for extra towels.

Broken check in process
4.0Great location, only about 10 minutes walk to train station and not far from old town
− The app check in does not work. My first night, I spent about an hour trying to assist another guest who was unable to check in. This guest did not speak English or German, but thankfully another guest came that spoke his language and could help. The second night, a similar thing happened and I had to help another guest get checked in. Another guest mentioned this was a common occurrence. There were supposed to be staff available to help both of these times, but I didn’t see any staff for my entire stay.
