8.0I loved the views from this property, and the grounds are nicely kept- the staff is very helpful at reception. It seems a little too far from the beach for our liking. Also our room did not have a light over the bathroom sink, so i couldnt see to put in my contacts in my eyes very well., also there is an area of unused space that maybe used to be a kitchen- they should just make a 2nd bedroom out of the space. There were not enough towel racks, or drying racks to dry our swimsuits, and hang our towels. No beach towels, or pool towels given.- there is a shuttle to the beach for cheap, so that is nice.

10.0We spent 8 nights at Vipa in January and have only positive experiences from there. A well organised friendly family run accommodation. Very helpful in organising transport and trips. I would certainly recommend to anyone who was looking for peace and quiet in Ao Nang.
