Loved the hotel and location
8.0I loved this hotel and the layout of the room. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shoutout to the bartender Jasmine she was very cool. Small billing error upon checkout where I noticed that my debit card had been charged once and then authorized for the same amount the next day. Spoke with the staff and the pending transaction was released. It was an inconvenience, but they fixed it.
I’d stay here again, but only for a night or two. Staff was very nice. Nice location. Love their rooftop bar. Lobby deco

− No ventilation on the elevators or in the hallways, low toilet stool

− Elevators broke so only 2 work which really suck, takes way toooo long to get from your room to the lobby especially if you’re on a higher floor like the 12th. Had I known about the elevators I would not have stayed at this hotel. Not having enough working elevators for people to leave and come in a decent time is NOT OKAY! I stayed on the elevators for 20mins at one point cause it way too many people book and only 2 elevators is crazy !!!!
