I can’t say much but I humble give thanks to the entire hotel and its management and all workers. I say Medaase meaning. Thank you very much. Overbooked: great effort to minimize discomfort
8.0When I arrived at the hotel they were overbooked. Management apologized profusely, they offered me and a colleague a free dinner at the restaurant, and offered me a room at a "sister Hotel". I accepted. They minimized my discomfort by taking me back and forth between the two hotels when I needed it (being Aphrodite a walking distance from where I had meetings planned). I really appreciated the extra effort the manager put into minimizing my discomfort given the situation. The only problem: the standard of the room I was given in the "sister hotel" was not bad, but did not match Aphrodite's rooms: the room had big glass windows on two walls looking on the corridor and the stairs, with semi-transparent curtains... literally zero privacy.
