8.0Very basic hotel. Undergoing renovations but the room was clean and safe. Good tv. Air and shower good too.

1.0The only thing we liked is that you can smoke in the room.
− Pretty much everything else. The place is run down, they are very short staffed. They have people that live there that are loud all hours of the day and night, our hot water didn't work so we couldn't use the hot tub. We reported the hot water was not working and they claimed that it was just because a lot of people using it and that it should be getting hot again soon, yet the place wasn't even half occupied, and the water never got hot for more than a minute or two.We were supposed to stay a second night but we were so miserable we decided to check out the next morning. I explained to the manager in the morning that we were not staying another night because the hot water was not working and the way he acted was like he didn't believe me. I then asked since we were not able to use the hot tub could we at least get a discount and he stated he could not do that. We will not be returning. Very poor value and no one cares if you are comfortable.

− I will do nightmares about this place, the sheets of the bed were disgusting, yellow with cigarette holes and a lot of stains. The bath was full of dead spiders and extremely dirty. The carpet everywhere was dirty and it smelled like cigarette, it was awful. People were yelling in the parking lot at 1-3 am. It was awful!
