very basic accommodation and premises, no charm at all, but location is close to airport and cenang beach, so for 1 night it is ok, but I would not stay longer. We had to pay 20 rm for an extra mattress whereas I had booked for 4 people, there were only beds for 3 persons

Budget Inn near the beach

We stayed here for 3 nights in April'2019. It's very near to Chenang beach, you can just walk. The rooms here are very basic and small with the bed taking the entire space. But if you are looking for something at a low price and want to be outside through out the day at the beach and just come back to sleep at night, you can go for it. The bike/scooter rental which is in-house will give you a cheaper deal than the ones in the main street.

Good for a night

We stayed for just one night as we were transiting to Koh Lipe. The room was cheap as included a working aircon unit which was comfortable. The room is very small but sufficient for an overnight. You wouldn't want to have a holiday here! Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. It's a bit noisy with people sitting right outside at the restaurant but with earplugs you'll get by. Happy we choose here.

Run down and not worth the money

The hotel is run down with poor quality bedding and toilet. The bed sheet was so thin - we could see though the bed and it is dirty. The towels was old. The floor towel was ripped and dirty - it seemed like it has not been changed for ages. We have asked the hotel to change the bed sheet and the towels, but no avail. Apart from the location, there is nothing good about it.

Ok but wouldn't go back

This place has lots of potential but the staff don't really seem to care. We didn't have our room cleaned or towels changed in 7 nights!! One of the receptionists was very miserable, the other was very sweet. Unfortunately it was the miserable one that worked most days when we were here. The room was worn out, really needed a spring clean & a lick of paint. The electrics were a tad dodgy as well, a uk style plug & socket a few cm above the shower. A very thin mattress cover over the bare mattress & an old blanket over the top but the double was comfortable & the towels were very old. The moped hire guy was really nice & the moped hire is so cheap...under £5 a day! We had one guy who wandered down from another room, sat outside our room on the communal seats & smoked all day everyday, not great to come out to in the mornings with our kids. We never ate here, there was never anyone even trying to show an interest in guests or ask if we wanted to eat so went over the road to the little shack. 3 friendly dudes with a nice simple cheap menu, great for breakfasts. The location of the motel was pretty good, a few hundred metres from the beach, 100m from the main 'eating' street & within walking distance of all the duty free malls & UnderWaterWorld. All in all, it was acceptable for the price but we've stayed in a lot lot nicer for the price.
