8.0To put broom inside the room so that at least can sweep the floor..sand come from our shoes.. The motel also should provide bigger prayer mat
Not comply to the 24 hrs service
8.0The hotel is not located at a convenient place as the aircond has a very low air flow where also not 24 hrs service that I have missed my ferry at 7am that I can't check out at 6-6.30 whisk I loss RM 54 as this i definitely will not recommend to any people to this hotel please amend the rules so it will ease people's transport and pleasant stay but for me I was disappointed by the way it goes.
