4.0The room was not clean dirt under bed ..lights not working .. not what we was expecting for price we paid.. faucet leaking.. we have pictures of dirt under bed .. had maintenance fix light bulbs..sorry only telling the truth... God bless yall if you think this was normal....*
3 Day Getaway!
8.0Super easy reservation and check in process. Very efficient! We came to to beach to be out and about, the room was perfect for what we needed!! The only thing I would have preferred different would have been a bit larger refrigerator. Would definitely recommend!!

6.0Very dated and very poorly kept common areas. Window shades were broken or missing. Light bulbs were burned out or did not work. Washer and dryer needs maintenance. Good location and loved that we had reserved chairs and umbrella.
Not impressed
4.0My mother and I rented a condo at surfside for a quick birthday trip. The room was tidy, however, there was a thick layer of dust on EVERYTHING made you feel like things were not very clean. The Condominium was okay, very run down. the pool area was not very impressive and VERY rundown. The best part of staying here was just not having to drag chairs back and forth from the beach everyday. We will not becoming back.
Contract vs being decent. They are not the latter
2.0Booked and 2 hours later noticed the cleaning fee. I called the management company and they would not let me cancel with a refund.. turned out I had a change in plans and didn’t stay at all.. I asked if I can at least have the cleaning fee refunded and they refused. I can’t speak for the room but, the service was poor.
Surfside Resort was not what I paid for
4.0Having to pay an additional $435 just to get my room assignment was not what I paid for. Also having no services; cleaning and maintenance, etc. in a room that Motel 6 would consider a fixer upper also was not what I paid for either. Either advertise the true price correctly or work with property owners to manage the expectations.
