− When I booked the room,I clearly stated how many of us and it suggested the room type. But when I reached there, the room was smaller and I was curious why would it suggested those type of rooms if the room is that small. Unlike other hotel in the website,there was a prompter saying the room unable to accommodate total guest. Be more honest on the room size maybe I could find other alternatives such as booked another hotel that could fit us better.
Hope They can Improve
6.0The first book of Zodiak hotel Asia Afrika in Bandung. The price quite high because of the weekend price. The place is very near to the center of Bandung city. But, for the room and bathroom is quite not have maintenance for long time and old. The TV didn't have a channel. The sound of the motorcycle is very loud, if you want to take a deep rest you will hear many noise that so very disturbing. Hope they can improve.
