8.0Nice place in a convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean but.......the bathroom smelled AWFUL. It smelled so bad I gagged everytime I went in. I don't know if it was all the bathrooms, or just mine but it smelled like a sewage leak in there. Other than that the bed was comfy and the tv was nice. Good price but hopefully someone fixes the smell

6.0駅から近く交通面での立地は良い。従業員の方も親切で感じは良かった。設備面は改善の余地（タイマーがない、水栓が混合ではない）があると思うが食事付きでの宿泊なので仕方ないと思う。

4.0福山駅から徒歩５分程度で近く、スタッフの対応もいいのだが、外観から分かるように元マンションであり、部屋のドアの鍵はオートロックではないなどセキュリティ面で不安が残った。
駅近く便利
8.0部屋は狭いけど宿泊だけならアメニティ類も揃っていて問題ないです。 テレビがあり得ない位小さくリモコンの反応もイマイチで戸惑いました。 福山駅から徒歩2-3分で便利です。
