1.0The drive was near the facility that I was visiting.
− There was mold on a chair. The receptionist asked if I wanted another chair. No ma'am I want a new room. Mold spores are lurking in the air.

3.0I liked that they moved me to another room.
− I stayed 4 nights. I requested to move rooms because the room I was in smelled really, really bad, like wet dirty dog. It reeked very bad, it stunk bad. housekeeping only came to my room on the third day...just to pick up and replace towels and trash. They didn't make the bed, vacuum or clean the bathtub, toilet, sink, bathroom floor. Never again. Oh the room they moved me to after a while I started smelling that wet dog smell. 🤢
It could have been better but it was good enough for what we needed.

− The pillows were couch pillows. The shower curtain was dirty. The tv remote didn’t work. The make up wipes smelled rancid.
