8.0This place is superbly consistent. It is always impeccably clean, everything in the rooms work. They have good free coffee available very early in the morning every day. The staff is attentive and helpful.
Nice hotel in a good location
9.0Clean, comfortable room and a nice location on the main street of Middletown. It was just a five minute ride to the admissions office at Wesleyan.
− Some details needed attention. For instance the bath towel bar was slightly loose. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was ok but nothing special.

10.0Clean and classy looking the grounds are beautiful. The front desk person that checked us out was very pleasant.
− There was no front desk person when we got there and my husband had to say hello a few times rather loudly before a young girl came out. She looked like she had just woken up. She had a very little personality.

− There was no soap on the shower soap dispenser. I didn't call as I expected that they would refill when they came to clean the room, but they didn't clean the room (not a criticism, I just had assumed they would), so it wasn't refilled for our 2nd day stay. This was not a terrible issue, just a small inconvenience.
