− Pulizia camera assolutamente da migliorare. Non è sufficente cambiare le lenzuola. Sotto il letto trovato sporcizia e sul mobilio polvere. Scolo della doccia intasato. Abbiamo dovuto fare intervenire il personale.

− assigned me to a family room snd hardly any tv channels i asked to change room and they stated it was a upgrade
