No great service but beautiful place to stay.
6.0The location was great and the pub and outdoor area gorgeous.
− I requested an iron and iron board and was not in there when we checked in. We needed it for the morning but the pub does not open before 12 pm and there is not a phone number to call so i was not sure how to get in contact with them. The check in was literally those are the keys and that is it no any explanation of any sort. Property is super nice and so is the town but service could have been better (especially considering the rate of the room).
I will definetely recommend your rooms

10.0Alloggio perfetto, non manca davvero nulla. La ragazza che gestisce sia le camere che il pub è stata gentilissima. La struttura si trova vicinissima al centro storico, la sera abbiamo fatto una splendida passeggiata nel parco e nelle vie del centro. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante del pub. Piatti tipici e molto buoni. Il parcheggio si trova abbastanza vicino, abbiamo parcheggiato all' old station senza nemmeno spendere cifre assurde.

− Non c’era aria condizionata (ma non è una critica alla struttura, so che in Uk essendo le temperature miti in molti posti non ci sono e io ho trovato un clima particolarmente caldo a giugno). Però è una caratteristica da sapere nel caso si programmi la vacanza lì in un periodo caldo
Great location but poor facilities in room.
6.0Perfect location in town centre. Excellent staff: polite and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed.
− Extremely stuffy and hot in the room. Sash windows did not stay open (we propped one open with the kettle). Weather was hot but the room could have been made comfortable with a good freestanding or ceiling fan (there was a small fan in the room: noisy and inefficient, I left it in the bin when we left - it's where it belongs). Toilet seat was smaller than the pan. It wobbled and moved and felt very unsafe. Bathroom was very small, no external window and no extractor fan. Shower cubicle was very small: a shelf for toiletries would be useful.
Really enjoyable, good food, great courtyard garden, ideal for exploring Cirencester. Car par 2-3 mins walk away.👍😁
