7.0Loved our room, I was able to get a one bedroom condo upgrade through booking.com and it was amazing!
− The outdoor spa/jacuzzi was not working, only heated no bubbles. I had $100 dollar gift certificates to use on this property, which was a gift to me and my husband, but was not allowed to use them in the restaurant unless I had exact amount or I would lose the money. My bill was $140, I gave them 2 $100 gift certificates and they said they could not give me change, I was also not allowed to charge the rest to my room. Very disappointing.

3.0Nice views that’s about it.
− I was beside the staff entrance. 6am, door slam every 2 minutes. Didnt sleep either night. They advertise AC but it only goes so low. I was so hot I couldn’t sleep through the night. Fridge didn’t work. Tub was junk. Went out the exit by my room and there’s puddles with dirty diapers all over.
