8.0清潔で隣の部屋の音も気にならなかった。テレビはネトフリやYouTubeなど見れてよかった！
− 名前が紛らわしいです笑自分も悪かったのですが三宮の方にも神戸ルミナスホテルがあるので、最初三宮の方の予約をとってると思ってました！予約しようとしている方はお気を付けください🫠

3.0朝食は、良かった
− お部屋の、カップ☕️ソーサーが、きちんと洗えてなくて、魚臭があり、見たら、明らか汚れが落ちていなかった。気持ち悪いから直ぐに二つ共洗いました。 鼻に臭いが残こり。暫くいやで、顔も洗い直しました 色んな所行きますが、初めてこんな思いしました 残念でした。見たらわかる汚れでした😭
