6.0Lençol estava com furos, toalha bem áspera, café da manhã lotado e com pouca frequência de reposição. Não faz jus à rede.
Decadente - não condiz com um hotel Hilton
2.0O hotel está cada vez mais decadente. Desta vez, escolhi um quarto que custava 60% acima do quarto “padrão”, e mesmo assim os problemas da última estadia não se repetiram, como se agravaram: toalhas rasgadas, roupa de cama furada, controle remoto da TV sem pilhas, não houve reposição de um simples sabonete, até que fosse solicitado. Equipe de recepção não faz a menor questão de ser simpática, assim como toda equipe do restaurante, que, ainda que seja operado por terceiro, está nas dependências do hotel. E, falando no restaurante, este está servindo queijo com mofo. Ao confrontar a gerente, me foi respondido que o azul do queijo não é mofo, e sim proveniente do “contato” entre os pedaços, por coincidência, após meu alerta, ela retirou todo o queijo da mesa, mesmo sendo “normal”. Repito que tenho ciência de que o restaurante é terceirizado, mas uma vez que na diária está incluído o café da manhã, a responsabilidade solidária passa a ser do hotel. Nunca vi um hotel da rede Hilton tão mal cuidado em qualquer outro país do globo.

10.0A equipe do hotel é nota 1000. São super atenciosos, o café da manhã é delicioso e muito variado. A única coisa é que eles passam cera no chão da academia e escorrega. Não é tão bom para fazer exercício no chão.
