8.0The location was very nice. The room was comfortable. Very impressed that when Tv wasnt working to watch the World Cup final that we were very quickly helped and moved to another room. We were checking in late and it was lovely to receive a call to let us know where to pick up the keys for our room.
− We liked it. It had everything we needed...just missing on little things that would make a difference e.g some biscuits in room. Being asked if we would like anything else to eat or drink in the restaurant area but think they had a new trainee who was very nice, but still learning the ropes
