Room missing a TV remote when we. Checked in at 11:30 pm, at 7:00 am no ketchup for eggs, no syrup, and juice machine was not operational and no milk in the mini fridge. No coffee in one of the decanters. A dirty chaffing dish that was empty maybe from the day before. The ice machines on our floor 2 and on floor 1 were not working. Room was clean, except for crumbs on office chair and under bed. Bed was supper comfortable and eggs and sausage were very good. Receptionist(s) were very helpful. Stayed 5-19-26 to morning 5-20-26.

Overall a good hotel with a great location. Check in was pleasant and speedy. King room was clean, nice, comfortable. As another reviewer pointed out, the shower pan needs replacement or painting. Breakfast was a bit scarce when I arrived at 8:20. Breakfast served til 9:00. Cracker Barrel across the parking lot made for a convenient take out dinner.

It’s an ok hotel but does accommodates pets. A couple of things as to why it’s just a so-so hotel: 1. Got into our room, turned the light on and realized the room had not been cleaned. The staff was accommodating in moving our room, but that was a bit unsettling. 2. The breakfast was almost completely empty: coffee, eggs, gravy, pretty much everything. Again, the staff took care of everything but still….we had to wait. And waiting for coffee?!? Yikes! I would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other choice.

Great stay other than the shower

With one exception, I really liked this hotel. Conveniently located just off the interstate. Parking was free and plenty of it. The lady at check-in was wonderful. Friendly, made suggestions for dinner, we had booked on-line and when we found out the elevator was not working, she offered to change our rooms so my mom would not have to walk upstairs. She was a gem! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It includes a mini refrigerator. The wifi was fine. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My only issue was the bathroom. The shower was very unappealing. It seemed like maybe they had redone the entire room and started to work on the shower and then just left it. I don't think it was dirty. More like it had been stripped and then not refinished. Felt like showering in an unfinished basement. Breakfast the next morning included some of the best biscuits and gravy. Check-out was just a friendly as check-in. Other than the shower, we thought this place was great!

The only complaint if you want to call it one was the doors. They were so hard to open. Getting into the room door was not as bad because you pushed it open. But when leaving the room it was like there was someone holding it closed on the other side. Just too much effort and hard to get things out the door because it wanted to shut.
