− Rented non smoked room and room been given was stink smell of cigar. Room was a bit different from list picture been offer. The heating system was broken and I was struggling with room temperature. Reception give email directions on how to collect keys, however there is no sign at all to help. Expended 2 hrs trying to find the reception and was frustated. Staff was not answering the phone and after staff saw missed calls didn't apologise. From so many places I have been aroubd the world, the accomodation is my top 3 worse I have been on it. Never again in this place as i visite the same area 1 or 2 times a year.

− Colchones y almohadas sin cuerpo Las literas sonaban mucho. Las persianas no bajaban y la calefacción escasa, hasta el último dia no llego a calentar el estudio.

− Appartement pas tres bien équiper, pas tres propre, très froid, plus d’eau chaude a bout de une seul personne alors qu’on était 2 , je regrette vraiment
