4.0Hotellet var bestilt på forhånd, men allikevel brukte resepsjonen flere timer. Selv om jeg gav dem bekreftelsesnr ville de ha reservasjonnr som ikke sto på bestillingen noen sted. Rommet ble ikke regngjort hverdag. Ett par ganger måtte jeg hente personalet for å ta med søppel. Kjøleskapet så skittent ut utvendig.

4.0The online pictures do not reflect the actual conditions of the Hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning. I asked to change the first room they gave me, because it needed more cleaning in the bathroom. Ms. Alkndary kindly changed the room to an OK one. The new one did not have a chair, the freg. Was out of its place. I chose the hotel based on its online pictures.
