8.0Check in was a bit slow and the front desk could answer questions on WiFi or how to get to a place that sold SIM cards. However, two staff members in particular stepped up and even put the WiFi router in our room. The restaurant was also solid. It is a bit out of the way, which was nice for us.

6.0Staff was lovely,. Room was in disrepair. Peeling paint, stains on wall and ripped upholstery. I expected a bit more upscale. The bed sheets were clean and that was the most important thing!
