I wouldn't stay there again.
6.0The lobby was nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar lobby level was good, in terms of food and drink. The rooftop bar was very small, but the view was amazing of the Empire State building. The location was central to a lot of things.
− The room was claustrophobic. I have stayed in a lot of NY hotels and this was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There was about 1-2' all the way around the bed. There was an ironing board in the tiny closet, but there was no where to set it up to be able to iron anything. There was no drawer storage. The desk was unusable. I had a late flight out on a Monday and asked for a late check out, but the hotel would not grant it. The front desk staff was great the day of check in and check out, but rude the other days. The noise on my floor was high, as there were parties of young women who were quite vocal. For the price, the value just wasn't there for me.
Truly enjoyed our stay! Best view from our room and very kind employees!
10.0Location was perfect! It was easy to find and close to great restaurants and subway. The hotel felt as a very safe place! The employees were so kind abs very service minded!!! We ordered a room on highest floor with a view to Empire State - and it was even better than what we expected!!
Room was the size of a postage stamp. Horrible
