3.0− There was a big fresh coffee stain on the carpet and this was the only place to go to the beds, so all our socks and feet kept getting wet for 2 days. Additionally, the room wasn't very clean and the washroom had dust and hair all over as soon as we had entered. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me and my family when staying at a place and hence our experience was not good and not worth the price paid.

Drain/sewer smells a big turn-off
6.0Room was clean and updated. New thermostat allowed easy switch from AC to heat. Front desk agents were kind. Mini fridge in room.
− Random smells akin to onions /sewer gas permeated the room at random times so I had to put towels over all drains when not in use. Bathroom door was a barn style door that didn’t close all the way or have a lock. Shower was handicap accessible so there was no barrier to prevent water from going everywhere.
