10.0The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and taken care of, which really added to the experience.

6.0We had to change rooms because the tv would not work. Then, we had to visit the front office 6 times because the key cards would not work. The staff was helpful, just never expected the key problem.

8.0It was 97 degrees outside when we arrived and was disappointed that the pool was closed for the summer season. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed.
