Ситуация с пяными японцами.

− У нас была неприятная ситуация в день заезда. После заезда моя жена уставшая с дороги пошла в комнату для курения на 19 этаже. И хорошо что я присоединился к ней, в комнату зашел пьяный японец и начал размахивать руками и кричать на жену. Т.к. в этом месте у отеля нет камер нам пришлось записть этого обезумевшего японца на видео. После чего мы ушли и предупредили что позвоним в полицию. А когда подошли к персоналу к генеральному менеджеру он попросил просто удалить видео и пытался посмотреть в нашу галерею в телефоне. А точно ли мы удалили. Ужасное отношение в первый день. И потом еще два дня нам присылали письма где просили точно удалить видео. И не принесли ни одного извинения и комплимента!
