Hôtel confortable et central dans Istanbul, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux monuments
9.0Hôtel extrêmement bien placé dans le centre du vieil Istanbul, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied et sinon, le tram passe devant l'hôtel pour rejoindre d'autres endroits de la ville. L'embarcadère est aussi à 10min à pied, et le métro à 5min. Plein de bons resto dans les alentours pour aller dîner. Les lits étaient confortables. Les 2 chambres communicantes étaient très pratiques pour notre groupe de 5. Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Ils proposent un service de transfert depuis l'aéroport quelques jours avant l'arrivée (nous avons préféré prendre le métro mais la proposition était sympathique).
− Quand nous sommes arrivés, le système de réservation de l'hôtel avait compté un des enfants comme un bébé (malgré le bon renseignement des âges dans booking), et les chambres réservées étaient donc pour 4 avec un lit bébé. Le personnel a très vite réagi et nous a proposé une chambre supplémentaire sans frais pour la première nuit et nous a déplacé dans la bonne chambre dès le lendemain matin.

8.0Guncha, Kerem, Ertan och övrig personal i receptionen var alla otroligt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Samtliga gjorde sitt bästa för att vi skulle trivas och ha det bra.
− Vi bodde 5 personer i 2 sammanhängande rum och det var lite trångt, svårt att få plats med väskor och dylikt. Saknade krokar och hyllor i badrummen. Frukosten var bra men äggröran och det andra "varma" var endast ljummet, inte varmt ens när det var nypåfyllt.
