Staff were exceptional rooms extremely comfortable, however, as the person paying for all three room
9.0− Your settes in the lounges are far too low for people over the age of 40 myself and my age group were 60+ and they’re extremely difficult to get out of. You could also be more generous with the coffee pods as there was four of us in the room and you really only gave us one each when a basket full of them would be helpful. Not helpful that the keys only allowed you on each floor when we had multiple rooms booked and also a little bit pointless as we could access a different floors by the fire escape stairs.

− Getting quite antiquated Toilets don’t flush well Bathrooms smell Washing machine didn’t work properly there was a pump error and the dryer was not working at all. All my laundry had to be air dried and came home with some wet laundry
