My thoughts on Madison LES
8.0The location was good. Although it seems to be in a quieter side of the Lower East Side, it is actually really close to Chinatown and by extension, Soho. It was also clean and comfortable.
− Not providing a bottle of water in the room and making you pay for it. Small thing but it impacts on the customer experience.
It’s a small convenient room for one or two people max. However, for the price paid, I would rather stay at Fairfield I
4.0It was close and convenient to where I needed to get to.
− Too close under the bridge that I could hear the trains running all night long. Also I could hear people next door and above me screaming, laughing, banging doors all through the night. The room was small and the bed sheets had stains.
