6.0− Booking.com didn`t send my payment information with my booking and Red Roof cancelled my booking. I then had to pay $50 more for a room. First time that has happened in all time I have been using Booking.com, but not happy with Booking.com! Also you have to take you dirty towels to the office to get new ones every day!

1.0It was in close proximity to my home
− I paid a 50.00 deposit upon check in. Was told would get deposit back at checkout. When I checked out they refused to return it. O complained and they clai.ed it was part of fees because I used booking.com to make reservation. The windows was leaking and they did nothing to fix it or accommodate us for it. DO NOT GO HERE. VERYSHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES.
