Most excellent experience in a hotel so far
10.0It's situated right in the middle of Jakarta's business district so getting to places is really convenient and the view is amazing if you like cityscapes. The room is always well kept and the toilet well stocked everyday as I stepped out to attend business-related happenings. The people here are warm and very accommodating, always asking if I'm being treated well. Considering the value of the room I got, I feel like compared to other international chains, I get more than I paid for. For example: ambassador room guests get Free breakfast, snacks, and cocktails at night every day of my stay in the Ambassador club of the same floor. It's honestly a pleasure to stay here and definitely enjoyed my week's stay.

− I don't like the room which was smoking room because its smell was so bad. Although they offered to spray air freshener, It could't completely remove the bad smell.
