2.0The hotel is under renovations, however they are only renovating the lobby right now. Stepping off the elevator the hallway was old and dirty. The room they gave us was filthy. It looked like a frat party was thrown in there and then attempted to quickly clean. There were stains everywhere on the walls to include liquid splatters and shoe prints. My family did not feel comfortable staying there. They were accommodating and tried to offer us a different room, however the cleanliness did not meet our standards. One of the bathrooms and rooms smelt awful. We aren’t sure why. The a/c unit in one room did not work. The phones were also not working. There were missing hardware on cabinets and door handles that were broken and barely hanging on. They staff was kind and they tried to help solve the issue by switching rooms. We chose to go ahead and check out early after seeing that a different hallway and room looked the same.
