Terrible no empathy on a emergency on their site !
1.0I like the location and the value and cleanliness of the place, but the stuff is terrible, when we arrive the front desk guy was trained a person and he didn't ask us if you don't mine if I do care or anything his attention was only onto her , an the worst part to give that raiting is because at my last day we walked up early to get to do a zipline experience and went to take breakfast there was no juices enough and the girl on the floor did not do to much effort to help I have to stand in between 3 different stuff and non ask me if need anything, well after that we went to the zipline that the offices are inside the hotel and the zipline too , and sadly I got an accident and open my forehead bleeding like crazy after the stuff from the zipline nice help me ,the guy in charge went to talk with the front desk and there's no one so he call and let them know what happened, this was just pass for minutes the check out time but my son was still on the zip line because they didn't let him get down with me so I have to wait in pain dizzy in the room , when a girl call me front the hotel so rude ask me , Mrs mcgregor are you gonna stay another day ? I said no ,I think you don't know what happened and she told me oh I do but you have to leave because we need the room I told her I was waiting for my son because I wasn't feeling well and she answer me you have to leave the room and wait in the lobby there's so many of them , no oh nice words or kind she didn't even ask me how I was ! I went to the front desk to talk with the manager oh ! She was the one who call me and the guy on the front desk told me that the zipline company is separated from the hotel ,I answer but I'm your costumer and that is not the way to treat a costumer that just have an accident ! My husband who wasn't with us tried to call and as soon as they hear the last name hang out the phone on him !
− How they treat their costumers specially me !
Beautiful Location but Buggy
6.0The location was amazing. Being in the state park and only 10 min drive from downtown Helen, GA. Theres a lot of outdoor activities near the lodge. Room was clean.
− We got in late after driving in and they tried to call while we were in an area without service, so the front desk attendant was a little rude upon checking in. Room A5 has a bug problem and needs sprayed. We killed a small cockroach while there. Which I expect some bugs while staying in a state park, but after 1.5 weeks of being home we have started having issues with bed bugs and had not prior.
Best place to stay in Helen ga.
10.0Loved the friendly staff, location, and design of the property.
− Nothing. Loved it all!
