8.0Saunabereich ziemlich neu und sehr schön. Sauna gut geheizt, leider nur ein (!) Aufguss am Tag. Parkplätze gut gelegen, schöner Park.
− Das ganze wirkt eher wie ein Altenheim, womit nichts gegen ältere Leute gesagt ist, aber man sollte sich darauf einstellen Wenn man im Badebereich ist, darf man mit Bademantel in der Bar für ein Getränk nicht Platz nehmen. Das ist für ein Wellness Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Man könnte in einem Abstellkorridor sitzen und dort etwas trinken. Die Begründung ist eigentlich unverschämt: aus hygienischen Gründen. Ich bin im Bademantel frisch geduscht wesentlich hygienischer als so manche andere ...

− Beds hard as nails and required extra coverings to make comfortable . Ditto pillows. Staff response at reception “ it is of no interest to us if guests sleep or not” and this in a spa and recuperative hotel! No accessories in room we had to upgrade to get a/c otherwise room was boiling hot. Drapes are not like excluding. Parking remote from hotel halfway down a steep hill.

− Der Weg zum Hotel ist ansteigend. Ich bin gut zu Fuß wer aber abends zu einer Veranstaltung (Rosengarten) möchte hat keine.Option.
