− Sham about breakfast used to be full English, breakfast basket in the room.
Very underrated little gem
9.0Staff were very friendly and welcoming, If you had a request they would have done their best to accomadate you. Bed was very comfortable and pillows also. Very generous breakfast hamper with a fridge. Sea views close to West Runton beach, 10 min walk with free parking at Dormy House, fantastic rear seating plenty of space, dogs welcome, very spacious bar and indoor eating area, toilets very clean and well equipped, great location. Would love to come back.
− There is not much I did not like, tea making area felt cramped and near the door. Too much furniture for a smaller room.Would have liked menu on chalk board so you can view it or specials menu, you had to ask for. Learnt about pie night from a non resident? Carvery looked great but next time we will get there earlier in the day
It was what I expected, apart from the poor water system.
7.0When I got used to breakfast in my room it was fine. Location was lovely. Staff very helpful.
− The water system was poor. The sink and shower would not run hot without running the main bath tap first. Water temperature therefore kept changing as the heating cut out, so the bath tap had to be turned on again several times whilst taking a shower.
