I would definitely stay here again on a return to Paris!
10.0Clean and well appointed . Good location. The staff (all on-line) were all very responsive throughout the process from booking to check out. They were extremely helpful!
Guest review
1.0Two words: BED BUGS. They refused to move me to another room staying they had not availability. They basically put it back on me to find something else. They gaslit me and told me it was allergies despite showing MANY MANY photos of the bites all over my arms and hands., confirmed by a pharmacist. They offered a partial refund then reneged. The main form of communication is AI by the way and a remote customer service chat line on WhatsApp if the AI bot can't answer. So don't do what I did and stay here to save $200 euros. It really tainted my time in Paris.
− The bed bugs!!!!!!! The lame customer service experience. What joke. The lack of care and regard for their guests'health and wellbeing.
