Well priced hotel handy to ferry
6.0This is my 6th stay at the HW. Its well priced hotel, good location close to ATM, Mall restaurants and most importantly the close to the harbour where ferries leave to go to the Mentawai islands.
For budget traveller
6.0if you are on a budget this is a reasonable place to stay. It is low cost so don´t expect perfection or luxury: There is a pool on the roof but the water was somewhat green. Sheets and towels were not completely clean. The breakfast was quite good if you like the local food. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall it was a decent experience, we extended our stay.

8.0After a horrible night at a hotel up the street this hotel was amazing! Friendly staff and nice, clean rooms! Did not have time to check out the swimming pool, but enjoyed the lavish breakfast. We even got a packed breakfast on our last day when we had to leave early! Would definetly stay here again.
