10.0The location was incredibly convenient, and the room was both clean and comfortable.
− There are some issues we've noticed—I found two hairs on the bathroom curtain. Please ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned, not just normal clean. Also, the main concerns for my husband and me was the absence of an air vent inside the bathroom. This vent is essential for ventilating the bathroom and maintaining proper air circulation. Lastly, let’s talk about the parking area. The hotel’s parking lots were overcrowded, and my husband had to park our rental car at Krispy Doughnuts on our first night. Unfortunately, we received a warning for illegal parking. However, on our last night, I had to ask the front desk receptionist to check if we could park on the driveway as well. We’ve noticed cars lined up there too. The hotel should have informed us about the parking situation beforehand so that we could be prepared. Nevertheless, everything is fine now. Next time, we’ll be aware of the situation and use the information we’ve learned.

8.0On Saturday, June 27, 2026, I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Union City, CA while on a sports trip. The hotel is located at 31040 Alvarado-Nile Road, Union City, CA 94587 at the intersection of Alvarado-Niles Road and Dyer Street. The location is ¼ mile off of Interstate 880 and nearby restaurants are Jollibee, Krispy Kreme, In N Out Burger, Burger King, IHOP and Buffalo Wild Wings . Parking lot was well lite and appeared safe. Check in was good because I used my electronic key and went straight to my room. The room was good, clean and comfortable, the business center only had a printer which did not work, fitness center was good and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel when visiting the Union City, CA area.
