5.0− Booked this hotel for the wellness it boasts only to find out their entire wellness section closes at 8pm upon check-in (I arrived at 8pm). Generally hotel spa’s are open until 10pm as evenings are the most popular time. The fact that their spa closes so early was not stipulated anywhere even though I made a last minute booking mentioning my evening arrival. I paid full price but got zero amenities. As I was travelling for work I have requested an invoice 3 times already with no result. I asked the reception and was told it would be emailed to me, nothing. I reached out via booking.com twice already after leaving the hotel but the only response I get is that they don’t provide invoices and I should check with Booking (which stipulates on their page the invoicing can only be requested at the hotel). Friendly staff and nice stay otherwise but overpriced, difficult communication and 8pm is really too early to close a hotel spa.

10.0Zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Fussgängerzone, die Bar hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, wir konnten für den Dauer unserer Transalptour die Autos im Parkhaus stehen lassen, die Omeletts zum Frühstück und das gesamte Frühstück waren sensationell
− Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar sollte man überdenken, in den Zimmern über der Bar war man bis 2 Uhr nachts live dabei

GRÂCE À l’HOTEL « ALTE POST » NOUS NOUS SOUVIENDRONS LONGTEMPS DE NOTRE SÉJOUR A ST ANTON AM ALBERG.
10.0Tout d’abord l’accueil par le réceptionniste PAOLO, alors que nous ne pouvions pas accéder à l’hôtel à cause des travaux dans la rue de l’hôtel. Paolo est venu nous chercher dans la rue en dessus de l’hôtel et nous a fort bien expliqué comment aller mettre notre voiture au garage privé de l’hôtel. Il s’est occupé de nos bagages et les a transportés jusqu’à notre chambre. Nous sommes allés à la piscine et au SPA qui nous beaucoup plus. On a demandé à prolongé d’une nuit notre séjour alors que nous avions un hôtel déjà prévu…l’un de nous deux a juste pu avoir un super massage avec NICOLAS ET NOUS AVONS FINI AVEC UN DÎNER EXCEPTIONNE SERVI AVEC COURTOISIE. Le 2ème soir ce fut tout aussi bien et on se souviendra longtemps du poulpe grillé et fort tendre agrémenté d’asperges et de navets croquants.
