8.0A budget motel in a quiet location but close to everything in town. It was nothing special but was a good place for a night during my trip.

4.0The carpet was very dirty, felt sticky, probably original to the building. The bedspread looked like it had been used for 30 years, worn and dirty feeling, we took it off the bed right away. No places in the bathroom to put your clothes while you took a shower, not even a hook on the door. While showering we stood in 4-6" of water that did not drain properly. The water in the sink faucet barely trickled out. Everything in the room was worn looking. One positive review was the the bed was pretty comfy, slept good. But I would not stay here again and would not recommend. Paid over $300 on Expedia to stay for 2 nights. The pictures on the website definitely looked better than the motel did in person. Would be stretching to give it a one star review.

8.0Overall a decent stay. Stairs were a little tough, for those who have any difficulties with stairs get a ground floor room. Our fridge was turned down low so the freezer defrosted causing water all over the place that we had to clean up on getting there (office was already closed). Room was comfortable, water was hot with great water pressure, located near everything we wanted to do.
