− Parking is tight, employee did his job, but not overly friendly. No elevator or ramp to help get bags up to 3rd floor

8.0We liked the property being close to the beach.
− We were under the impression that dogs were not allowed, as my wife is allergic. Unpacking our car to proceed to our room, two ladies came out of a room close ours with dogs. Nothing against dogs but you advertised as pet free and these dogs were not service dogs.

This was such a perfect spot to enjoy the beach! We loved the lazy boy chairs.

8.0Great view right on the beach. Staff was cheerful and welcoming. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they were available. The room is a nice size and the mini fridge has a freezer, which we did use.
− The refrigerator and freezer open the wrong way for their location and switching it would be simple, but they either didn't think of it or didn't bother. There is no clock radio or alarm clock. There is only one nightstand. There is no closet to hang clothes only some hangers in a nook. There are only two drawers the place that would normally be a drawer in the nightstand is an outlet which seems unnecessary as there are two outlets nearby. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. They don't provide luggage stands.

8.0The view and accessibility to the beach were outstanding. Having the fireplace was wonderful, as was the remodeled bathroom.
− The stairs to the 3rd floor were a bit much for us, next time we'll opt for the 2nd floor. Lovely remodel, but the original heater and thermostat are an eyesore. No daily house keeping is a downer, yet they left an envelope and bar code to leave a tip. And some of the faucets are backwards for hot and cold. Also, could use a comfy chair.
