温泉の品質はよいと感じた。時間制限がまったくないのは、ありがたくもあり...ただ、いつ掃除をするのか？という感じもあった。

− 風呂の設備の点検や清掃はどうなのかな、という感じがした。髪の毛がけっこうたまっていたり、浮いていたりしていたし、カランの水がでないところや、流れてもれているところなどがいくつかみられた。また、風呂の向かい側の部屋だったが、ここは従業員向けの部屋だったのでは？という気がはじめからした。隣から、夜中近くまでテレビかラジオの音がして、朝も4時か5時すぎから、聞こえた。音量はセーブしていたけれど、隣はたぶん客室ではないので、スタッフの部屋だったのかなーと思った。温泉旅館としては安いけれど、素泊まりなので、うーん、という気分は拭えなかった。しかし、温泉の品質はよかったのではないかと感じている。

美味しい夕飯と充実の貸切風呂で疲れスッキリ

双葉SAからすぐで楽でした。夕食が特においしくて大満足です。また、貸し切りのお風呂も色々あって楽しかったです。ただ、温泉がかけ流しで湯量も豊富でいいのですが、私たちには温度が低くて、ちょうど寒い日でしたのでいつまでの出られなかったのが残念。もう少し温度を上げてほしい。

− すみません、ダブりますが、温泉の温度がちょっと低かったです。 夕飯に比べて朝食が普通だったのが残念。

温泉、食事共に良かった

− 二人宿泊にも拘わらず、部屋のコップは一つしか置いて無かった。部屋窓際にはくつろげる椅子が欲しい。 部屋温度が低すぎだったが、クーラの温度設定がややこしい（結局クーラー電源をoffにした）。 部屋の鍵が古過ぎて掛かり難い。

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
