8.0Check in was a little rocky. It would be great so have reception staff at both locations. Lange was kind, clever and helpful!
Not worth it
4.0Asked for a king sized bed, got two small sized bed. It was not clean, in bad condition, staff did not even talk

8.0Value for money. Stayed 2 different nights in different room. The room 203 facing the food street was noisy with music until 1 am. The room 208, the bed already sunk and need a change.

8.0Good location at the end of Chaweng main street. Room was clean but cleaned only on request. Good furniture and bed. Overall good stay.
good location but really a lodge not hotel
4.0even for one night, one would expect some basics to be in place.. firstly bad reception with the guy not knowing what to do till I helped him find our reservation. then 4. floors without lift and no help in carrying luggage.. mosquito bites all night and stained bedsheets .. never again
