1.0− reserved king size bed but they gave me the room queen size I called the reception they said we don’t have any available and they ask me to checkout rather than other options

4.0− As we were checking in, the staff said that our room that re-reserved had been filled, and they gave us a lesser valued room. I had reserved the room way in Advance advanced so there should’ve been no reason that they gave our room away. I was not very happy. I had rented a room with a whirlpool in it and they gave that room away to somebody else and gave us a room that did not have it. I should be somehow compensated.
