Tutto lo staff molto gentile e accogliente. Ottima la camera e il bagno. Pulizia ok

− Troppo costosa la SPA, che per altro non c è molta roba piccola piscina idromassaggio e sauna, 1 ora a 15 euro un po esagerato.. Il check out....

Disappointing Room Size and Lack of Transparency

The staff were friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. The hotel’s location was relatively convenient.

− The room we booked was advertised as being a certain size, but the room we received was approximately half that size. When I approached reception, I was initially told that this was the largest room available at the hotel. After I showed evidence that larger rooms did exist, the receptionist acknowledged the issue and offered us a larger room, but only for the third and fourth nights of our four-night stay. We decided not to move rooms in the middle of the stay. What bothered us more than the room itself was the lack of honesty and transparency in the way the situation was handled. The mattresses were also not comfortable for us. In addition, parking was a problem, as there were more hotel guests than available parking spaces.

Hotel nel cuore del Paese, appena fuori dal centro in una posizione ottimale. Con un bel parcheggio. Stanza ampia e gradevole. Personale pulizie cordiale e disponibile.

− Personale reception un po' freddo e distaccato. Animazione fatta da giovani ragazzi volenterosi, ma ancora un po' acerbi... hanno bisogno di un po' di pratica. Forse la moquette andrebbe aggiornata con un parquet, più igienico e moderno.
