Horrific bed bugs and insects
2.0This was simply horrific. Arriving so late in the evening to shower get in bed and wake up to a bed covered in bugs was the worst experience. Wiping them off my personas then finding more left in the bed well was like being on I’m a celebrity get me out of here!! After speaking to someone who apparently was a manager with no empathy or even an apology just summed up the hotel.
