8.0The property was excellent for small families. Worth for the price.
− Shower facilities are not good. Need an improvement.
Large and comfy
9.0It was large, warm and nicely renovated. Carpet was plush. Shower worked well. Nice and central. Staff at check in location were really helpful.
Nice price,hotpool. Big tidy units. Just one front fire exit door, back door locked/bolted shut.
8.0− Some electrical plugs didn't work. But not the end of the world There was no fire escape. Only the front door you could use. The back door was locked and bolted, we couldn't get out the door, if there were a fire at front door we wouldn't of got out. That is actually illegal. I'll be following this up to see if you improve the fire escapes

Unfortunately, we don't have an office on site and the guest has to come to a different location for check in. Check-in's location is 1101 Hinemaru street, Rotorua, 3010 (Ambassador thermal Motel)
