Great stay nearly ruined by one rude receptionist
7.0This is a lovely hotel in a great location which has a exceptional roof bar
− Unfortunately our whole stay was nearly ruined by by a very rude lady on reception who when asked if she could sort us a white taxi to the port was really put out, I then asked for a copy of our invoice only to be told she had already given me a copy - This was not the case. Her whole attitude was awful. I need to point everyone else in the hotel from a different lady who checked us in to the staff on the roof bar where excellent. It’s a shame we left feeling really annoyed especially as this is not a cheap hotel - manners should be top of the list when dealing with customers and I would not want customers leaving feeling the way we did.
